Google Stadia Introduces New Sharing Feature And Adds More Games
March 4, 2021Google has added several new games to the Stadia platform with many more scheduled to be released later this year. However, State Share is a new feature that may add to the platform’s appeal. It lets players capture in game -content and share them with friends.
It’s like taking a screenshot that friends on the same platform can then use to play the same mission or level to beat your score. It could prove to be a great way for players to share their in game experience, then interact with their peers by challenging them o beat your score.
So far, this is only available with HITMAN 1, HITMAN 2, HITMAN 3 and PixelJunk Raiders. But the company promises that State Share will be available for more games soon. More details on the new feature can be found here.
For Stadia Pro, 8 new games were added in January and February, they include:
- Journey to the Savage Planet: Employee of the Month Edition
- Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light
- Enter the Gungeon and Little Nightmares II.
Subscribers of the regular Stadia, have had access to the following new games since last month:
- A Place for the Unwilling
- Epistory – Typing Chronicles
- Gods Will Fall
- HITMAN 3
- Hellpoint
- Journey to the Savage Planet: Employee of the Month Edition
- Little Nightmares II
- Madden NFL 21
- Phoenix Point
- Pikuniku
- Scott Pilgrim vs. the World™: The Game
- Shantae: Half-Genie Hero Ultimate Edition
- Shantae: Risky’s Revenge – Director’s Cut

- Welcome to Elk
There will be more to come in the following months, which include FIFA 21 (March 17), Kaze and the Wild Masks (March 26), Outriders (April 1),Judgment (April 23) and Far Cry 6, Riders Republic. The Stadia game streaming is service continues to constantly add more content and features each year, but we hope that Google expands into more markets in 2021.
