DELL’s Most Power XPS Tower Is Coming In Early December

Dell has released a new XPS desktop meant for gamers and creators alike. The cool, dual-tone computer is nearly 42% larger than its predecessor at 27-litres compared to 19-litres. This gives it extra space to accommodate more powerful hardware and sophisticated cooling solutions. The company claims that this machine is its most powerful XPS tower yet.

It will come with 12th gen Intel processors (up to Core i9) that should be up to the task for gaming or video editing. You have a choice of either NVIDIA’s GeForce RTX 30 Series GPUs (up to 3090) or AMD Radeon RX GPUs (up to a 6900 XT). The motherboard supports PCIe Gen5 and DDR5 RAM sticks, which are 50% faster than the standard DDR4 ones.

Technical Specifications

The tower has been designed to improve air flow for cooling and help lower noise levels. It’s front bezel acts as an air intake, channeling air into the chassis and over the internal components before it flows out of the rear vents. Dell says that this machine can operate up to 21% cooler under load with a traditional air-cooled option or 18% cooler with a liquid cooling one (with 125W cooling solution).

A great amount of effort was placed on testing various finishes, textures and colors to ensure that that the tower looked more like a piece of art instead of a boring beige PC. Ports for the I/O have been placed to the extreme right for an aesthetically pleasing look while ensuring that you’re able to access them without any trouble.
