Prime Video and Samsung Present ‘The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power’ in 8K

A collaboration between Samsung and Amazon’s Prime Video allows fans to experience 8K content from the much-anticipated The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power series exclusively on Samsung’s cutting-edge screens. Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. has been the world’s leading TV manufacturer for 16 consecutive years.

Tolkien fans and newcomers alike will have early access to exclusive content exclusively on Samsung before the September 2nd series premiere on Prime Video. In New York City today, Samsung will showcase 25 minutes of content from the series’ first two episodes on its three-story LED video wall at Samsung 837, Samsung’s flagship experience center.

This includes the LED digital screens overlooking New York City’s Times Square, London’s Piccadilly Circus, and Milan’s Piazza del Duomo will debut dynamic creative from the series starting this week.

Samsung will be the first company to offer series content in 8K resolution through a custom sneak peek with exclusive scenes. On Samsung Neo QLED 8K TVs and “The Wall” 8K Micro LED displays, viewers will have the opportunity to experience the epic journey in great detail. In the near future, fans will be able to access the exclusive 8K trailer.
