Samsung Phone Launch Scheduled For January 14th

Hot on the heels of the January 6th event, Samsung has released a teaser image of what to expect during its unpacked event scheduled for January 14th. The picture in question depicts a camera array setup similar to that of leaked renderings of the Galaxy S21. It’s rather unusual for the company to schedule two big events within such a short time frame, but then again nothing has been normal since 2019.

Last year, the smartphone giant chose the second half of 2020 to unleash a salvo of phones, both premium and mid-range ones. It was an incredible line up that would have garnered a lot more attention had it not been for the damage caused by COVID-19. The lockdowns and bleak economic outlook, forced many to tighten their belts instead of splurging on a new device.

Unperturbed by 2020’s misfortunes, Samsung is gearing up to introduce some pretty interesting tech this year. The probable demise of the Note line should give rise to a bevy of new foldable and premium devices. We will let you know more as soon as we find out.
