VW ID.4 Featured In New Ad For Upcoming Marvel Movie
February 6, 2023Volkswagen’s new ID.4 EV SUV will be featured in the upcoming Marvel Studio’s “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania”. And to build hype around the feature, the company is also heavily invested in a campaign to allow the vehicle to get the attention of millions of people around the world.
It’s an ad that has been published in the run-up to the film’s release. Developed and produced by VW, the Walt Disney Studios partnerships team, and Bullitt, the short clip was directed by long-time Marvel Studios collaborator Anthony Leonardi III. The visual effects such as the shrinking and growing of the ID.4 and the movie characters were done by Framestore’s award-winning VFX team.
ID.4 produces about 150 kW (204 PS) and offers a kWh/100 km ratio of 18.7 – 16.4. The electric SUV is built on Volkswagen’s MEB platform and is meant to usher in a new era of sports utility, mobility.

Marvel Studios’ “Ant-Man and The Wasp: Quantumania is Directed by Peyton Reed and produced by Kevin Feige and Stephen Broussard. Starring in the movie are Jonathan Majors as Kang, David Dastmalchian as Veb, Katy O’Brian as Jentorra, William Jackson Harper as Quaz and Bill Murray as Lord Krylar.
The movie will make it to theaters on the 16th or 17th of Febuary,2023. Check your local cinema outlets for the actual release date.
