Worry-Free Total Care with Samsung Care+.

Samsung Malaysia is offering a comprehensive coverage plan called Care+ that is supposed to provide customers with a better ownership experience. An insurance plan similar to that of Apple Care, it offers free of charge support to customers when accidents happen to newly purchased Samsung smartphones and tablets.

Depending on customer requirements, Samsung offers two plan options; either a one year or two year plan. The two year plan starts at RM55.00 but you’ll need to enroll for Samsung Care+ within the first 14 days of purchasing your device. The plan offers free delivery and pickup of the protected device.

“As you eagerly unbox your brand-new smartphone or tablet, your last concern is destroying the gadget. Although accidents are unlikely and accidents do occur from time to time, Samsung Care+ can offer our customers a comprehensive, easy-to-use plan from a company that knows its products inside out,” said Samsung Malaysia Managing Director Edward Han.

“Samsung Care+ ensures customers receive 100% genuine parts at their nearest center, regardless if their device has been damaged or broken by accident, cracked the screen, or spilled a drink on it.

This comprehensive coverage and low deductibles allow customers to save on extended repairs. Customers also don’t have to find the time to go repair centers because they can simply contact Samsung’s hotline team and arrange for pick-up and delivery from their home or office.

Samsung Care+ includes coverage for accidental damage, liquid damage, cracked screen repair, and more that other warranties won’t cover. Customers can start signing up the moment they purchase the plan, so they can have comprehensive coverage right away.

The Samsung Care+ hotline can be contacted at +603 9078 4999, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, on Mondays to Sundays, including pubic holidays, to report any damage to their protected device and arrange for free pick-up. Samsung will also arrange for the device to be returned to customers at no additional cost once the device has been fixed.
