ZOTAC GeForce RTX 30 Series Announced

Nvidia has launched its latest RTX3000 series graphics cards based on its Ampere architecture. The company boasts that they offer double the power of the last-gen cards. Wasting no time, ZOTAC has announced its GAMING GeForce RTX 30 Series GPUs (Trinity, AMP Extreme and Twin Edge) based on Nvidia’s latest architecture.

ZOTAC’s GPU benefits from the improvement made to the RT Cores, Tensor Cores and superfast memory, which help boost ultra-graphics fidelity, promote faster frame rates, and AI acceleration. Nvidia says that this new RTX series graphics cards can deliver about 1.9 times the performance per-watt compared to the previous cards.

Its higher tier cards, GeForce RTX 3090, 3080 and 3070 represent the best CPU generational leap in the history of Nvidia. The 3080 alone is pegged to offer double the performance of the already powerful RTX2080, which speaks volumes of the company’s ability to push the envelope of what’s possible.

ZOTAC GAMING GEFORCE RTX™ 30 SERIES

ZOTAC’s GeForce RTX30 series, based on Nvidia’s reference cards, brings improved design elements and cooling enhancement and POWRBOOST, that are meant to offer better performance. The new AMP Extreme features HoloBlack, which is a unique design that has an aurora-like holographic.

Its colours will shift depending on the viewing angle, which is complemented by the SPECTRA 2.0 RGB lighting glowing underneath. The ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 30 series come with either the triple fan or dual fan configuration and the refined IceStorm 2.0 cooling system.

The new 11 blade fans increase airflow by up to 10% compared to the previous generations’ design. This coupled with the new heatsink design and improved heat pipe layout contribute to better overall cooling performance.

ZOTAC’s FireStorm Utility software allows users to fine-tune the graphics card, RGB lighting, monitor the GPU as well as the fan speed with the Active Fan Control. There’s also the FREEZE fan feature, which has been made available on a wider selection of boards.

Trinity Models of the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 30 Series are available starting in the 2nd half of September 2020, while AMP Extreme and Twin Edge models are expected to be available in October 2020.
