LG Introduces Premium, 27-inch OLED Gaming Monitor

LG is introducing its latest UltraGear OLED gaming monitor (model 27GR95QE) for the Malaysian market. It’s a 27-inch, QHD monitor with a resolution of 2,560 x 1,440 and a refresh rate of 240Hz. The company is marketing it as a premium product and with that comes a premium price tag of RM4,497.00, valid during the pre-order period.

It’s great for gaming due to the 0.03 milliseconds (GTG) response time. And thanks to its crystal-clear OLED panel, it should offer decent blacks and great overall picture quality. The monitor also supports variable refresh rate (VRR), NVIDIA G-SYNC and FreeSync Premium compatible. For ports, there’s HDMI 2.1, DisplayPort 1.4, and a 4-pole headphone jack.

The OLED screen delivers a 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio and covers 98.5% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. It’s anti-glare & low reflection (AGLR) surface helps reduce distractions due to ambient lighting to ensure a better gaming experience.
