OPPO has launched send-in repair services in 10 countries and regions around the world. As an alternative logistics option to visiting a customer service center, this newly launched service offers OPPO users who need a smartphone repaired an alternative logistics option.

This campaign was created to show users which services have been upgraded and optimized recently to provide them with a more convenient experience that will allow them to solve problems more quickly and easily.

The pandemic has served as a catalyst for OPPO’s need of rapid expansion in contactless technology. Such services offer users the convenience of Send-in Repair Service, so they no longer have to go to a service center to get their phones repaired.

To send their phones to the nearest J&T pick up point, users need to use the official website or “My Oppo App” and it will be sent to the nearest service center for repair. You can check the status of the phone in real-time. Once it is repaired and ready, the phone will be sent back to the user safely.

Introducing the Send-in Repair Service reduces the risk of infection caused by close contact with outsiders. With this new service, users will now be able to conduct phone repairs in just a few simple steps while sitting in the comfort of their homes.

As part of OPPO’s series of service measures, whether in terms of service dimension or service depth, Send-in Repair Service represents our on-going effort to identify users’ pain points and improve in the industry’s key and difficult areas. OPPO is committed to improving their service system in line with our brand promise “Technology for Mankind, Kindness for the World.”.
