Samsung Galaxy A12 Announced

November 25, 2020 Off By Naveen Victor

Samsung seems to have an endless supply of smartphones for 2020. This time around, it’s the release of the A12, a budget device for average consumers. The phone features the same design as the A11 albeit the rear’s quad cameras are arranged into a rectangular layout. The two tone design is a nice touch, which adds to the device’s uniqueness.

It’s teardrop shaped display is a 6.5-inch HD+ TFT unit. This should be similar to that of the A11, producing acceptable levels of brightness and contrast. The A12 gets a Octa Core (2.3GHz + 1.8GHz) processor that can be mated to either a 3/4/6GB RAM. Similarly, there are three storage options, 32/64/128GB, which can be increased to 1TB with a Micro SD card.

It gets a 5,000mAh battery with a 15W fast charging capability. Though this may not sound like much, but should provide a decent service life considering that its screen and processor aren’t particularly demanding. Unlike the A11 and M31, the A12 gets a side mounted fingerprint sensor, which should offer a good level of convenience.

This device can be ordered in Black, Blue, White and Red. We will let you know more as soon as we find out.
