Sony Reveals Two Premium Wireless Speakers
January 10, 2021Sony has just unveiled two new wireless speakers that have the ability to enhance your listening experience. The speakers spread background music both horizontally and vertically with the help of Immersive Audio Enhancement and Sony’s 360 Reality Audio content playback. Unlike contemporary devices, these are able to analyze a room, then tweak thier settings to offer the optimum sound delivery.
The SRRS-RA5000 and SRS-RA3000 benefit greatly from these two technologies. Immersive Audio Enhancement (IAE) is based on Sony’s unique algorithm that transforms 2-channel stereo tracks into ambient room-filling sound. 360 Reality Audio incorporates three-dimensional sound location data and optimally allocates the sound to the speaker’s structure effectively.
Both speakers feature a two-tone colour scheme that adds to the premium appeal. And despite their relative size, should be able to fit in with the décor. The RA3000 has a full range speaker, an omni-diffuser and a dual passive radiator to produce deep bass. According to Sony, The speaker’s overlapping beam tweeters form a wave front that goes upward.
The RA5000 features a trio of up-firing speakers and three middle sided speakers. They are made up of high-magnetism neodymium magnets and mica reinforced cellular diaphragms. This enabled Son to keep the speaker’s dimensions compact while maintaining speaker strength. Both devices are able to automatically adjust each track’s volume to suit a listener’s preference.
As for connectivity options, they support WiFi, Bluetooth and NFC. This will allow users to seamlessly connect them with other compatible devices in various rooms. But that’s not all. They also support Google’s Voice Assistant and Amazon’s Alexa, which offer the flexibility of playing different tracks in different rooms with voice commands.
Sony allows you to wirelessly daisy chain several speakers together, which will provide listeners with a more rich acoustic delivery. The wireless options also allow them to connect to compatible TVs such as the BRAVIA ones via Bluetooth.
