A trio of Chromebooks were launched at the recent CES 2020. We understand that these machines aren’t appreciated by many, but to those who do, these models might be of interest to you.

The Samsung Galaxy Chromebook, is a svelte laptop with extremely thin bezels. It features a 4K AMOLED display with pen support. Using the included stylus, users will be able jot down notes and sketch till their hearts’ content.

It has an Ambient EQ feature that automatically adjusts the brightness and color temperature levels based on the lighting around you. It happens to be the most expensive device here too. Samsung has priced it at $999.99, which isn’t surprising when you consider how it looks.

Then there’s the Asus Chromebook Flip C436. Just like the name suggests, the C436 is a 2-in-1 convertible touchscreen laptop that features a 360 degree hinge. It has an all-metal chassis and built-in Harman Kardon quad speakers.

Last but not least is Lenovo’s IdeaPad Duet Chromebook. It’s a tablet with a 10.1-inch display that has been specially designed for mobile productivity. It comes with a detachable keyboard and backstand, which turn it into a compact laptop.

Google has thrown in the towel it comes to Chromebook tablets. But it’s nice to see that Lenovo didn’t follow suit. A decently powered Chromebook tablet can be useful. They offer blistering fast response times with mediocre hardware and are able to run just about any Android app, without much fuse.

Samsung’s Galaxy Chromebook and Asus’s Chromebook Flip C436 will be available to order in March but Lenovo’s IdeaPad Duet Chromebook will only hit shelves in May, at a price of $279.
