During this Full Movement Control Order (FMCO), Digi wants to keep its customers connected to the world around them in terms of social, learning, and work life.

Keeping network quality high
Digi focuses on maintaining a high level of network availability and consistency, both in residential areas, customer touchpoint areas, and hospital wards. A dedicated team of network specialists is working 24 hours a day to ensure that network service levels are not compromised during this critical time.

As more people use the internet for online learning, working, and staying at home, efforts are being made to upgrade capacity in high-traffic areas and improve indoor and outdoor coverage.

Providing all services to meet the needs of customers
Digi continues to provide all of its channels for customers, including enhancing digital channels so they are easily accessible by consumers, encouraging more of them to self-serve.

Customers can now do three types of transactions without having to log in:

* Reload prepaid airtime via credit card, FPX or eWallets here: https://digi.my/fmco-reload
* Pay postpaid bill via credit card, FPX or eWallets here: https://digi.my/fmco-pay
* Buy additional Internet quota for prepaid or postpaid here: https://digi.my/fmco-internetpass
* Reload and bill payment can also be done on behalf of family members, so customers can help their parents, siblings and friends stay
connected.
* The Digi Online Store and MyDigi app are still available 24/7.
* The Customer Care hotline, Live Chat and Social Media platforms are accessible 24/7.
* Digi Stores and Digi Store Express remain open to offer offline support when needed while maintaining strict safety standards
Operating hours and standard operating procedures (SOP) are established by the government and relevant authorities.
