Microsoft launched several new devices at its recent event, which include the Surface Pro 8, Surface Duo 2, Surface Go 3. The Surface Pro 8 is twice as fast as the Pro 7 because it’s powered by 11th Gen Intel Processors. Optimised for Windows 11, the device can offer up to 16 hours of battery life on a single charge.

It comes with a 120Hz, 13-inch PixelSense touchscreen that is surrounded by very thin bezels. Microsoft says that incorporation of Dolby Vision and Adaptive Color technology, make it the most advanced display the company has ever made. Other notable mentions include a 5MP front camera 10MP (4k) rear camera, Dolby Atmos sound and far-field studio mics.

Microsoft has also given it a new Surface Pro Signature Keyboard that can store and charge the new Surface Slim Pen 2. Unlike the old stylus, the new one features a haptic motor that can mimic the behaviour exhibited by traditional pens when writing. It has zero pressure force and ultra-low latency output which should improve overall control and accuracy.

The smaller Surface Go 3 retains the same look as the Go 2 but is now 60% faster due to it being powered by an Intel Core i3 processor. Besides, this device also comes with a 10.5-inch display optional LTE, all-day battery life and built-in Microsoft Security. It is also optimized for digital pen and touch input.

Last but not least is the Surface Duo 2, Microsoft’s Android dual screen phone. Its purpose is to showcase the power of the Microsoft 365 in your pocket. It has a 8.3-inch PixelSense Fusion display and is powered by a Snapdragon 888 5G chip. Other notable mentions include triple-lens camera, stereo audio and an array of accessories and special features.

The surface Pro starts at $1099.99, the Surface Go 3 starts at $399.99 and Surface Duo 2 starts at $1499.99. These devices are available to pre-order in select markets now.
