Setel Is Rolling Out The One-Tap Fueling Feature

Setel, a mobile platform that aims to make refueling or EV charging a more hassle-free experience, is introducing a one-top fueling feature. Instead of sifting through needless menus, the new addition will allow users to activate the pump within the app upon arrival at any Petronas station in Malaysia. Once done, you can refuel and earn Mesta points in the process.

This feature is readily available to the first 1,000 registered Setel users across the country. However, we can expect a staggered rollout of the feature to more people in the next two months. If you are interested in getting this early bird access, opt-in by doing the following:

Posting an Instagram Story or Tweet of the Dah Setel So Far page with the caption: “I want One-Tap Fuelling now”, tag @setel and include the #SetelOneTapFuelling hashtag.

From now until 4th October 2022, Setel users can stand a chance to win limited edition Setel gift boxes by uploading their most creative video on Instagram or Twitter of their experience using the One-Tap Fuelling feature, tag @setel and include the #SetelOneTapFuelling hashtag.

In addition to this one-top feature, Setel is aiming to introduce further enhancements soon. This includes allowing users to preset their preferred fueling amount either in liters or a full tank in the preference page when setting up the One-Tap feature.

Users will also be able to pre-set their preferred payment method, which includes CardTerus for direct payments via a debit or credit card, as well as Setel Share. The Setel app is available for free on the Apple App Store, Google’s Play Store and Huawei’s AppGallery.
