Coca-Cola and Timex are collaborating on a limited-edition collection of vintage-inspired watches. They have joined forces for a capsule collection that emphasizes tolerance and hope. With the aim of inspiring watch-wearers all over the planet to take time for what matters – peace, love, and harmony – Timex released three commemorative models that honor the famed Coca-Cola “Hilltop” commercial and the unity message it promotes.

“In the same way that you offer someone a Coke®, asking for time is a meaningful gesture, a means of bridging differences, creating conversation, and establishing community”, explains Shari Fabiani, senior vice president of Timex Group’s Brand Marketing Division. “Our goal is to spread timekeeping quality to everyone, and we believe in making time for community. We are delighted to join Coca-Cola in its original message of solidarity and continue to inspire the world to harmonize as one.”

With their vivid colors and timeless message of love and harmony, the three limited edition watches are as relevant today as they were 50 years ago. Timepieces in this capsule of timepieces are adorned with 70s-inspired designs that evoke the spirit of unity. Each is a cheerful reminder to embrace opportunities for connection and to move through the world with compassion.

Timex’s T80 digital watch features vibrant colors and a design that exudes whimsy, and it plays the iconic “Hilltop” commercial song, “I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing (in Perfect Harmony).”

The classic Timex Standard comes with a bold, bright Coca-Cola logo that is sure to bring a smile to the face of its wearer.

A beautiful timepiece with 70s-inspired hues and designs, this Q Timex features an iconic peace sign evoking the spirit of unity and love.

The iconic Coca-Cola commercial depicts a diverse group of young people singing flawlessly together on a hillside. Timex’s campaign collection not only reflects its era, but also conveys its WE DON’T STOP™ message of hope and a united world where people all over the world can work together again to achieve a common goal.

“In troubled times, small moments of joy can make a big difference. Coca-Cola learned this half a century ago when shares of a Coke became a rally cry for tolerance and hope,” said Kate Dwyer, Senior Director of Global Licensing. “We are excited to honor our legendary ‘Hilltop’ commercial as part of the 1971 Unity Collection.”
