June 29, 2021Pioneer today announced the introduction of three new 2-DIN multimedia receivers: the DMH-A345BT, DMH-A245BT and AVH-A245BT. Combined with Pioneer’s DMH-A4450BT, these new receivers bring feature-rich Car Connected Experience services, such as Weblink Cast, Mirroring for Android, Apple CarPlay, and Android AutoTM, to every car in a budget-friendly package.

Connectivity with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and mobile mirroring is a delight.
An earlier announcement announced in May 2021 touted the DMH-A4450BT as the top model in the A-Series. With its impressive 6.8-inch capacitive touchscreen display and wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support, the DMH-A4450BT offers competitively priced drivers a flagship-level Car Connected Experience. Through the optional Autolink app, this receiver also supports Mirroring for Android.
All three new DMH-A345BTs, DMH-A245BTs and AVH-A245BTs come with WebLink, a free, lightweight platform for delivering applications in vehicles. Drivers can mirror and interact with the screen of their iOS or Android smartphones and access virtually all the same powerful navigation, communication, productivity, and entertainment apps on their receiver’s displays with the WebLink Cast application and a USB connection.
High-fidelity entertainment with bass boost and more audiovisual features
The Audio Engineers at Pioneer also added high-end features common to flagship receivers to the A-Series receivers this year, such as support for FLAC lossless audio files and a variety of Full HD (1080p) video formats over USB. Bass Boost, a feature of the 2021 A-Series, offers three selectable levels of boosted bass (2, 4, 6 dB). This feature can be used to enhance low-frequency details in audio clips by uniformly boosting gain, minimizing distortion, and maximizing enjoyment.
In addition to Pioneer’s signature features, the 2021 A-Series receivers feature a 13-band graphic equalizer, backup camera support, and easy Bluetooth switchable. This is all built into a refreshed, intuitive, and customizable user interface.

Pioneer Multimedia are compactible with selected models of Android and iPhone. A Bluetooth-enabled device must be used to utilize Bluetooth functionality. Bluetooth-enabled devices may not support all features, or they may be limited by wireless carriers or certain devices. There is no guarantee that Pioneer’s receiver will work with all USB mass storage devices.
