In a move to further personal the user experience, Samsung has launched an accessories line for its latest products in collaboration with three European artists: Ricardo Cavolo (Spain), Steven Wilson (U.K.) and Yeye Weller (Germany). Their unique artwork is available on cases, skins and watch faces for the Galaxy Watch6, S24 Series and foldables.

Each of said artist’s unique artwork help personalise the Galaxy S24, S24+ and S24 Ultra. These types of cases are equipped with near field communication (NFC) technology that, when attached, automatically display animations on the screen of each individual phone.

These and other accessories for the company’s latest product line are available for purchase starting January 17 at Samsung.com and will initially be available in 16 countries, which should soon be extended to more than 20 markets. These countries include Korea, U.S., China, U.K., Germany, France, Australia, and Brazil.

“We’re excited to be working with leading European artists to deliver accessories that will better allow consumers to express their own unique voices,” said Evelyn Kim, EVP of the Global Brand Center at Samsung Electronics. “This collaboration serves as an expansion to the already rich, differentiated set of accessories offerings available on Samsung.com.”

The first artist, Ricardo Cavolo, is based in Barcelona, Spain. He draws inspiration from folk art, medieval aesthetics, and tribal forms. These elements are utilized in his art to create mythical storytelling. His Flaming Heart” artwork is incorporated into the desing’s heart on fire against a sky-blue background with white stars.

Next up is London-based Illustrator Steven Wilson. His passion for screen printing and colour layering is evident by the accessory’s artwork featuring bulldog and featuring striking colours and pronounced lines.

Lastly, we have Yeye Weller from Münster, Germany. Who infuses his work with bold colors and detailed characters. His “Spread Love” artwork is what inspires the cases and other accessories that bear his designs.

This collaboration with renowned artists is one of many for Samsung. The Korean smartphone maker’s current and previous collaborative efforts with contemporary artists allow users to add a personal touch to their gadgets by using accessories/watch faces that feature distinctive art.
