The tracker boasts an aluminium body and 45% larger display (1.6-inch), which users can use to keep track of their health and wellness data.

Despite the larger size, Samsung claims that it’s lightweight and comfortable to wear, allowing it to fit into most people’s daily routine.

Though it’s a fitness tracker instead of a full-fledged smartwatch, the Fit3 always helps you to monitor your quality of sleep. This lets wearers prioritize sleep for better wellness and adapt to healthier habits with advanced sleep monitoring tools.

Sleep Tracking
Samsung’s Galaxy Fit3 can track a wearer’s sleep patterns, detect snoring, and monitor blood oxygen levels. These detailed measurements allow users to monitor their quality of sleep each night and adjust where necessary. Its personalized Sleep Coaching provides useful insights for wearers to better understand their sleep.

Fitness & Durability
In terms of fitness routines, the Fit3 can track over 100 types of workouts. Since it has a 5ATM rating and IP68-rated water and dust resistance, wearing it while at the gym or during outdoor activities in a variety of environments, shouldn’t be a problem. There’s also tracking for heart rate and stress levels, which is especially useful to prevent overtraining.

And if you misplace your smartphone, easily locate it with the Find My Phone on the Galaxy Fit3.
