“She Creates” launched by Apple

In conjunction with Women’s Day celebrations, Apple is marking the occasion with a special Apple Series, featuring an Editorial Collection on the Apple TV App, Apple Podcasts and Apple Books which will be featured on the App Store as well as Apple Watch Activity Challenges.

Throughout March, Apple Stores worldwide will host a series of over 5,000 today at Apple session titled “She Creates”. This is meant to highlight inspiring females with photography, design, technology, business, music and films. The goal here, is to address issues, explore new perspectives and bring the community closer.

Now, anyone can sign up for two new sessions. A Music Lab featuring Alicia Keys’s new song “Underdog”, wants participants to join in, create and remix their own version of the song using GarageBand on iPhone or iPad. Such programs aim to bring out the creative side in people, empowering them to seek out and fulfill their unrealized talents.

Starting in the month of March, customers can explore the Apple TV app’s International women’s day collection from inspiring women through storytelling.And for a limited time only, the Apple TV app is offering extended free trials from Starz, BritBox, History Vault and LIfetime Movie Club, channels that feature inspiring roles of female empowerment.

On March 8th, International Women’s Day, a new collection on Apple Podcasts called “Changing the Narrative” will be made available, celebrating women podcasters, shows and stories.
