Google has finally released its highly anticipated earbuds. Called the Pixel Buds A-Series, they build on the design and capabilities of the original by offering better fitment and features.

They have custom-designed 12mm dynamic speaker drivers that are supposed to deliver full, clear and natural sound. But to receive the full experience, it’s essential to maintain a good seal between the ear and earbud.

That’s why Google scanned thousands of ears before it designed the Buds A-Series. Its size and contours are purposefully designed to ensure a gentle seal and comfortable fit. The earbuds also have a special vent that helps reduce in-ear pressure.

Each earbud connects to your smartphone individually to maintain a strong connection and keep the transmission clear and uninterrupted. They also have Adaptive Sound, which increases and decreases the music volume based on your surroundings.

They constantly monitor ambient sounds to make sure that they don’t drown out your music listening experience. This is especially useful when walking past construction sites or busy city streets. The earbuds also have beamforming mics.

The mics focus on your voice and reduce outside noise. This way, your voice remains clear and uninterrupted when on a call. Once you are done speaking and want to return to your music, just say “Hey Google, play my music.”

Since Google’s Voice Assistant is constantly listening to your voice, all you have to do is say “Hey Google” and mention a command to get her to spring to life and respond to your voice. Besides this, the earbuds also support real-time translation of more than 40 languages.

This feature is available to any Pixel or Android phone that is running Android 6.0 or higher. You can say, “Hey Google, help me speak Japanese” to start a conversation. For more information on this, visit g.co/pixelbuds/help.

On a single charge the Buds A-Series can offer about 5 hours of listening. When used with the pebble shaped carrying case, they can offer up to 24 hours of play time. They also support quick charge, so in just 15 minutes of sitting in the case, the Buds A-Series can provide up to 3 hours of listening time.

Google says that they are water and sweat resistant, so you can use them at the gym without worrying about water damage. Even if you get caught in the rain, Google says that this isn’t a cause for concern. They are meant to be the only pair of wireless earbuds you will ever need.

The Pixel Buds A-Series is available for preorder in the U.S. and Canada now for just $99, and deliveries are expected to begin on June 17th. You can have them in either White with gray undertones or Dark Olive. For more information on availability of the Pixel Buds A-Series in your region, visit g.co/pixelbudsaseries.
