Huawei’s MateBook D16 & 16s Come With Multi-Device Support

Huawei is marketing its latest laptops as machines meant for smart office environments. The MateBook D 16 and MateBook 16s are thin and relatively lightweight computers with a traditional clamshell design. Read more about them here.

They each feature a 16-inch Huawei FullView Display with 90% screen-to-body ratio. As a result, the screen bezels are quite thin, which in turn reduces the laptops’ overall dimensions. In the case of the 16s, the aspect ratio is supposed to be better than what’s offered with a traditional 15.6-inch screen’s 16:9 one.

The laptops feature 12th gen Intel Core H Series processors that can be configured with up to 16GB RAM. Take a look at the configuration pricing stated below:

The allure of the D 16 and 16s is in their smart software. Users are able to pair multiple Huawei devices like earphones, mouse, keyboard, speakers and printers that are in close proximity to them. Once discovered, users are prompted to pair said devices as seamlessly as possible.

In addition to this, if you’ve connected to a Huawei smartphone, you’ll be able to see its UI on the laptop screen. This gives you the flexibility of operating two separate devices from a single machine. This lets you manage up to 3 phone app windows at the same time, take calls or manage your phone’s file system on the MateBook D16 or 16s.

Huawei’s new machines, though aimed at business types, are suitable for just about anybody who appreciates powerful hardware and a large display wrapped in svelte body. Visit the company’s website for more information on its latest crop of MateBook laptops.
