And with Google Photos’ Memories feature, we are able to relive the times we shared with our loved ones. The Memories that surface display images that were taken the previous months , with Cinematic photos, updated collage design, and new features that emphasize some of our favorites.

Cinematic Shots
Photos taken with cinematic effects give you the feeling of actually being there, as if you were actually back in those situations.
Google Photos includes a machine recognition algorithm that automatically processes an image and produces a 3D representation of the scene, even though the original image does not contain depth information from the camera.

Google Photos automatically adjusts those pictures and groups them into an album for you. Just make sure that you update the app, because it will automatically play all those recent highlights at the top of your photo grid once you update it. If you want to make those memories more exciting and turn them into movie-like images, you need to send them as a video in just a few steps.

Fresh Design
Google Photos, has an updated design in which you see your fresh collaging designs from before, your favorite moments in a new, fresh collage design where you can look back on your favorite moments. This design is done using advanced artificial intelligence, which will select the correct layout for a selection of photos by finding similar colors using attributes such as front and background color for a more cohesive look. You then will be able to view a collage that shows Then & Now of your favorite collections from the past to the current ones.

Playback your Treasure Memories
Looking back will present new themes, therefore you will see those Memories surface photos of those from the recent memories with your loves ones. Every photo taken is worth revisiting, even if some of those memories are too painful, it’s also possible to hide specific pictures or time periods, so they don’t show up as part of your memories.
